General Conditions of Sale

All prices are inclusive of 15% VAT.

Payment is a final acceptance of the product, its specifications and terms of sale.

Special orders (such as engraving, custom packaging, or special mixtures) are not revocable, modification, or refundable.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping data, and any delay resulting from an error in the address or contact information that is not borne by the company.

The company is not responsible for changing the smell or quality of the product if it is exposed to heat or storage in an unsuitable environment after delivery.

All transactions are subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection, and any dispute resolved through the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Exchange and Return Policy:

At Saad Bashmakh, we are proud of our name and reputation in terms of quality and value and we are always keen on your complete satisfaction with the purchase experience. Therefore, we have developed a flexible and clear exchange and return policy, whether for orders from stores and from the online store:

First: In case of buying from one of the exhibitions:

You can return or exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase, according to the following conditions:

Submit the original invoice with the product to be exchanged or refunded.

· Products should be intact and wrapped in their original outer cover (unopened) and without any damage.

Ensure that the purchase date falls within the specified period for return or exchange.

Replacement is allowed only once.

Packaged products (oud, perfumes, incense) are not returned or exchanged after the sale, in order to maintain their safety and prevent manipulation, except for products that have a proven manufacturing defect within 72 hours from the date of purchase.

Any product purchased as part of a package cannot be returned separately.

· Notice: Please make sure to receive the invoice to ensure the ease of the exchange or refund process.

Second: In case of request from the website:

You can return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, according to the following conditions:

The customer bears all shipping costs in cases of exchange or return.

The products purchased through the website are not refundable through Saad Bashmakh branches.

The value of the items that are returned will be refunded within 14 days from the date of return.

· Products should be intact and wrapped in their original outer cover (unopened) and without any damage.

Ensure that the date of receipt falls within the specified period for return or exchange.

The customer must inform the online store team by email within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receipt of the wrong item sent to him or refunding the purchased item stating the reason.

Replacement is allowed only once.

Packaged products (oud, perfumes, incense) are not returned or exchanged after the sale, in order to maintain their safety and prevent manipulation, except for products that have a proven manufacturing defect within 72 hours from the date of receipt.

Replacement and return shall be free of charge in the case of items sent to the customer with an error or those with a factory defect.

· Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.

For customers outside the Kingdom: exchange and return services are currently not available to our customers outside the Kingdom.
